which are equally important:- how quickly you need to move, what is to be included
in the sale and what price you need to achieve to go ahead with your move.
Once we have agreed the price with you, we will then work out
a programme to market your home in the most effective way to a wide audience of
interested buyers in order to achieve a sale as quickly as possible.
We know from experience that the more people who view the property,
the more likely it is to agree a sale at the right price.
For that reason, we will encourage as many people as possible
to look at your home, providing that we are satisfied they are genuine buyers.We
will make all the necessary arrangements at convenient times for you.
Every offer we receive will be passed on to you as soon as possible,
fully discussed with you and any negotiations made on your behalf.
Once you have accepted an offer, we will then make sure that
everything proceeds as smoothly as possible by communicating with both solicitors
involved (helping you find one if you wish), making sure that mortgage arrangements
are in place and keeping you informed of the progress.
